DMCA

Under the DMCA, copyright holders have the right to request the removal of content they believe infringes on their rights. When we receive a valid DMCA notice, we act in compliance with the law by removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. Additionally, we may provide the user who uploaded the content with a copy of the notice, including the complainant’s contact information, to facilitate communication. If you believe that your content was wrongfully removed, you may file a counter-notification. Your submission must contain: A clear identification of the removed material and its location before removal (e.g., a specific URL). Your full legal name and contact details, including your address, phone number, and email. A statement under penalty of perjury confirming your good faith belief that the material was taken down as a result of an error or misidentification. A declaration consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court and agreeing to accept service of legal documents from the complainant. A valid signature, either electronic or physical. After receiving your counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not take legal action within 10-14 business days, we will reinstate the content. Important: Submitting false information in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in legal consequences. Please ensure that all claims are made in good faith.
